It is good to have goals to work towards in life, but with so many pressures on our work and home life, it is usually hard to achieve your goals as other pursuits can get in the way, or maybe you lack motivation and perseverance.
Most of us know that staying focused on our goals is tough to do; it doesn’t matter if it’s achieving a promotion at work, staying in shape or saving for a brand new car; the path is always paved with good intentions. There are often family or other commitments that get in the way and seem to block us every step of the way.
